WorldSkills London 2011

WorldSkills London 2011 is the 41st World Skills competition. It will take place between the 5th and 8th October 2011 at ExCeL London in London's Docklands. It will be the largest event ever to be held at the venue.[1]

150,000 expected visitors will see 1,000 competitors from 50 countries/regions competing in 45 skill areas over four days of competition.

London secured the right to host WorldSkills 2011 in a bid process held at WorldSkills Calgary 2009 supported by the Lord Mayor of London[2]

Leipzig, in Germany, will host the 42nd WorldSkills Competition in 2013.[3]
